Our Albariño Eidosela Selección is the result of the best plots in our vineyards. The selected grapes are destemmed and crushed before going through a maceration process of approximately 6 hours at 10º C. It is a wine made with our best grapes that undergo a selection process and are harvested in their optimum state of ripeness and health.

Elaboración:

Our Albariño Eidosela Selección is the result of the best plots in our vineyards. The selected grapes are destemmed and crushed before going through a maceration process of approximately 6 hours at 10º C.
After this time, only the must flower is used to produce this wine.
This must will be racked for 24 hours in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures and then fermented clean.
Fermented and vinified for 4 months in French oak barrels and 4 months in stainless steel tanks.
At the end of this fermentation, the wine is racked in a matter of 15 days to remove it from the lees that can confer unpleasant and negative smells and tastes for the future wine.
The wine is then cold stabilised (-5ºC) for one week before being filtered (tangential and amicrobial filtration) for subsequent bottling.

Notas de cata:

It is a straw yellow wine with greenish sparkles, clean and bright. In the nose it has a very high intensity, with stone fruits (peach and apricot), toasted, smoked and floral, very frank and elegant. It has a very good mouthfeel, delicate, creamy and sweet. It presents great power, is very persistent and with great body and structure.

Serve between 8-10º C.  It goes perfectly with all kinds of fish and seafood as well as with Asian food.
