The Condado white wine "ETRA" is made from the best Albariño, Loureira and Treixadura grapes from the Condado sub-zone.

Vendimia:

After a meticulous harvest in plastic crates, the grapes arrive at the winery in a perfect state of health and ripeness. Wine made with grapes from the Condado do Tea sub-region harvested in its optimum state of ripeness and health.

Elaboración:

The Condado white wine 'ETRA' is made from the best Albariño, Loureira and Treixadura grapes from the Condado sub-zone. After a meticulous harvest in plastic crates, the grapes arrive at the winery in a perfect state of health and ripeness.
The harvest is destemmed and crushed and then passed to the pneumatic press; the must is then sent to a tank to be racked for one day, after which time the clean part is separated for fermentation (18ºC) and the sludge is filtered with the vacuum filter. After fermentation, the wine is racked to separate it from the lees.
The next process is the cold stabilization, subjecting the wine to -5ºC for one week to precipitate the bitartrates. At the end of that week the wine is taken out of the cold filtering with tangential filtering and then proceed to the amicrobial filtering and bottling.

Notas de cata:

It is a wine with a straw yellow colour with a greyish rim, clean and bright. In nose it has a medium-high intensity, is very fruity, fresh and fragrant, highlighting the predominant variety that is the treixadura providing very elegant green apple notes.

In the mouth it is a very complex wine. The mouthfeel is smooth and delicate without any sharp edges, due to the mixture of varieties, but is tasty, elegant and with a very balanced acidity. In the aftertaste the notes of Treixadura reappear, clearly reminiscent of the olfactory phase.

Serve between 8-10º C.  It goes perfectly with all kinds of fish and seafood as well as with Asian food.
